  1. Complete the New Student Inquiry form.
  2. Attend an Admissions Information Meeting. Students entering 6th grade are welcome to attend the meeting and the school tour.
  3. Pick up an Application Packet from the AIM meeting or call the office to schedule an appointment with the Director of Admissions, and return to CHS with $100 non-refundable application fee. Please note: all confidential information should be mailed or faxed directly to the Admissions office.
  4. Director of Admissions will contact family to schedule and complete academic testing.  
  5. Attend a Family Interview.  Students entering 6th grade or higher will also be scheduled for an interview.
  6. Director of Admissions will contact family regarding status of acceptance either by phone or letter.
  7. Contract offer will be mailed to family upon acceptance with steps required to complete admissions process.
